Round Three Advance

Well it was back to Snapper finally, where there were some fun waves. Some of the heats had endless sets and others were a little bit slow at times. There was also a tide factor, with it getting a bit low for some of the heats.

Jordy defeated Taylor Knox in convincing form amongst the fun waves, with controlled surfing mixed up with some big turns.

"Taylor is such a great surfer, if he gets any opportunity just like we saw on his last wave he can turn it into a good score," said Jordy, happy with his heat win.

Snapper suits the natural-footer, and taylor's natural-footed power surfing is always a pleasure to watch out there.

"He always surfs really well at Snapper," agreed Jordy. "I was trying to surf a smart heat and find some good waves."

Coming up in round four, Jordy is set to face off against Bede Durbridge. "Bede is a great competitor, " reckoned Jordy on his upcoming encounter. "He surfs so well, especially at Snapper. All i can do is try my hardest and hope for the best."
