The Rip Curl Search program has been going for quite some time now, ever since Curren and Frankie went exploring and discovering mysto waves all over the world. The concept has translated perfectly into mystery World Tour events. The perfection that was Somewhere in Mexico, the rawness of Somewhere in Chile, the excitement of Somewhere in Indonesia.

This year's event is still, as usual, a big secret. The event does start two days after the Billabong Pro Mundaka, in Spain, so that does give some clues as to where the event could be. Some say the long right-hand perfection of Morocco, others say a pointbreak in the Canary Islands. Looks like a right-hander either way, but you never know with The Curl. Might be a thundering left-hand reef. All the World Tour surfers, including Jordy, don't really get a chance to warm up at a secret location, so it's game on for everyone.
